The College of Juvenile Justice and Psychology held a forum on the criminal justice system Oct.15 in the Don Clark auditorium located in the criminal justice building.
The theme of the series was titled, “Ensuring Justice in the ciminal justice System in Texas,” which featured Royce West.
West, currently the Texas State Senator for District 23 briefly spoke to students about the criminal justice system.
West said, “The leading cause for wrongful conviction has been faulty eye witnesses.”
