Jarren Small’s frequent presence in Hilliard Hall represents what he has loved for the past six years.
Creativity and the ability to come up with beneficial ideas are not a problem for this man. Jarren Small, a sophomore communications major has the talent and hard work to succeed in the field of communications. Small has produced a number of media entities e.g. TV-Film, commercials, movies, short films, music videos and public service announcements. He has also produced the commercial for the fashion show and has taken on projects of full movies and designer intros.
Small is also a member of the National Association of Black Journalists and holds the position of senator for athletics. He has a plan on restoring the creativity of the university through film and television. After graduation Small plans on going to film school to enhance the skills he has already obtained at Prairie View A&M. Small expresses himself through his productions in film and television, and his hobby turned skill will lead him to stardom. Last but not least, Small wants to stress that the field of communications is important to Prairie View A&M University. There are so many possibilities and doors we can open if we had a little help, and a better building.
