 Well, recently they launched updates to their free app which can help you do a simple background check on anyone. This could be helpful in many situations.

Phone Tracker is an interesting app because it locates anyone in a given area that has their locator services turned on. What a great way to meet new people right? While all these sites and apps may have their place, each one can clearly have a negative effect. Be aware of what is placed online about you and how your location services can be used against you.
