Welcome back Panthers! If you are reading this then congratulations, you have overcome the 'F' factor.

So what is the 'F' factor you ask? It was that point when you didn't want to get on Panther Tracks to check your mid-term grades. It was when you were in the middle of the MSC doing the running man because you found out grades weren't being sent home.

Basically, the 'F' factor is knowing you weren't on point when you were supposed to be, but you still managed to come back to "the hill".

The factor makes us wonder,"Will I ever graduate?". It will make you sad, depressed, and even drive you to thoughts of dropping out or changing majors.

We all have been through "the factor" and if you haven't your time may be coming. But know there are ways to avoid it. Of course studying. Study hard and study long. Knowing when you need help can also keep you from the factor. Meet your professors even if it kills you. Also get to know your neighbors.

Meet the folks in your classes. Get to know them and use them. More than likely they need you as much as you need them.

Finally, know that with hard work, determination, faith within yourself, and even help from your friends, in time you too can graduate, be successful and overcome the 'F' factor!
