The Student Government Association would like to welcome all the students back for the spring semester.
The New York Times Readership Program, an SGA sponsored program, which encourages critical thinking, promote global awareness, and help develop a habit of daily reading, is on campus again this semester. Any student can pick up their copy of The New York Times daily from select locations such as the MSC, the library, Hobart Taylor, and the laundromat.
In support of black history month, the SGA will host the annual talent showcase Feb. 12, 2007. The Celebration of Stars: Reflections of the Black Soul talent showcase will be held in the Opal Johnson-Smith Auditorium, and will begin at 7 p.m.
The SGA will remain committed to our promise to be a great resource for the students of Prairie View A&M University.
